To meet the ever increasing demands of the Field Services industry, ZVN Properties is constantly sourcing to assure our network of experienced professionals is in the best position possible to help our clients achieve their goals and meet investor guidelines. Amongst other requirements, all vendors must be insured with $1,000,000 General Liability, $1,000,000 Errors and Omissions coverage, and Automobile and Workers compensation coverage as applicable. If you meet these minimum requirements, are ready to provide great service, and are prepared to provide excellent results, you are encouraged to apply!
We have designed comprehensive vendor selection criteria, along with a formal due diligence process, to help us recruit and retain high-quality, professional vendors. This includes: Meeting insurance standards, passing background checks, and testing industry knowledge. This qualification process helps us ensure we are delivering on our clients’ expectations.
Vendors may begin the recruiting process by filling out an application HERE. After the form has been submitted, potential new vendors can expect to experience the following process. Please be prepared with any information or documents to fullfill these steps.
