Our network validation process includes state license and E&O liability insurance verification, as well as background checks. We train our network to follow FHA property preservation guidelines as described in the current HUD Mortgagee Letters as well as Client specific requirements.

Once we are assigned the rehabilitation of your asset, we guarantee quality on time results. Our licensed and insured contractors involve your local listing agent on the initial analysis to ensure all desired repairs and improvements are bid appropriately. Upon completion, a final review is coordinated with the listing agent to ensure work is done to specifications.
